Job description:

  • Standard Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Lunch Break: A mandatory 30-minute unpaid lunch break must be taken daily.
  • If only the minimum 30 minutes are taken, the workday may end 30 minutes earlier with supervisor approval.
  • Work Location: This position is based in the office, unless otherwise pre-approved by management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch Drain Technicians to jobs efficiently and accurately
  • Monitor technician progress and job status using dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
  • Communicate with customers regarding service windows, delays, or updates
  • Adjust scheduling in real time based on emergencies, cancellations, or technician availability
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date job board organization and work order documentation
  • Collaborate with managers, field supervisors, and CSRs to ensure smooth operations
  • Log job details, technician notes, and customer communications in ServiceTitan
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technicians throughout the day
  • Additional Duties: This role may include other responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs.

Time & Attendance

  • Regular, punctual attendance is critical to dispatch operations
  • Any schedule changes or time off requests must be submitted and approved in advance
  • Although this is a salaried position, workload flexibility may be required during peak seasons or staffing gaps

Experience:
